  • Cleaning: We will replace any filters and check any other Indoor Air Quality units as need.
  • Lubrication: We will make sure all moving parts are properly lubricated as needed.
  • Blower: Making sure that the blower is operating properly by checking the amperage and fan motor.Clean as necessary.
  • Ductwork: Inspect ductwork and make sure the duct work is sealed.
  • Thermostats: Check functionality of thermostats check batteries.
  • Run Diagnostics: Depending on the type of air conditioner we will run the proper diagnostics to make sure that your system is running in tip top shape.
